Information from Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a Third-Party Platform account, such as Spotify or Apple Music, we receive only the information you authorize and that is made available through the applicable platform's API and permissions system, which may include:

• Your display name, account identifier, or similar profile information associated with the applicable Third-Party Platform
• Permission to create, manage, or modify playlists or related content within your authorized Third-Party Platform account

We do not access or collect data beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the Services and authorized by the user through the applicable Third-Party Platform.

Third-Party Platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music, act as independent data controllers with respect to their own services and data practices. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Process subscription payments
• Send service-related communications (account, billing, security)
• Send marketing communications if you opt in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Generate song recommendations within the platform
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Services
• Comply with legal obligations

Your playlist and usage data may be used internally to provide recommendations and improve the service. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models or share it for such purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We process personal information where necessary to:

• Perform our contract with you
• Comply with legal obligations
• Pursue legitimate business interests (such as improving the Services)
• Rely on your consent where required

Service Providers
